bizarre node in sample AllNodes.wrl

Ok, so we're starting to actually get files through to vrml and understand
them, tweak away and make some booteful stuff. Have just one question
about a node that I saw in the samples from SUN's qvlib. What the hell is

}

?

Can't find no reference nowhere to 'squid' and I have a distinct feeling
that someone's creepy-crawly sea creature is climbing up my leg. Not in
the spec, not anywhere but the AllNodes thang ...

I realize this is probably ridiculously silly, but I wanna know.
