Unless "we" are the ACM Global Multimedia Protocol gods, we should
identify the ultimate standards body for VRML 2.0/Java/interactivity
etc/Sound/user interface/Ole/everything and the Cyberspace 4.0 protocol...

I confess, I used to be a standards junkie! but I have been through
seven habitual 12 step programs, So, I'll say anything to slow the process
down and make sure nothing comes of it. :-) (Anthony, where's that spec?)

... VRML-NG must be well integrated with many other subsystems and concepts.
MIME seems like the place to go, but someone should know HyTime, I think.
The standards body we run into will have certain rgidities; know them
