Annotation Text

For the support of annotation text, instead of having two separate
nodes to support annotated and non-annoted 3D text, why don't we just
add an SFBool called "annotation" to the text node. If the field is set
to true the text will be annotation text, otherwise its regulat
(non-annotation) text.
