No, please create it. I think the most logical group to start with is

comp.graphics.vrml

The active list is now 893 members, and the digest is just under that, so
there is clearly a need for it. I'm getting sick of tracking down
bounces, too (a huge time suck).

I have limited USENET access from here, so I can't help with the creation
process unfortunately.
