Sounds like a great idea to me.

When processes move too fast, people make mistakes.  I don't want
VRML 2.0 to take two years, but I don't think it should be done in
3 months, either.  I'm sure there's a happy medium in there somewhere.
I think part of my problem, Bob, was that your browser was VERY nice.
The inline VRML stuff especially.  TGS is in a very good position to
dominate the VRML browser market just like Netscape does the HTML
browser market.  I'm sure you're aware of this.  :-)
As far as trust goes, I agree that good will should be extended.  I'm
very much in favor of cooperative efforts among all of us.  It's lone
ranger-style development I'm worried about.
