Is anyone using Mosaic and the Web in Public places?

Public places are: Airports, Museums, Public Libraries,
Hotel Lobbies, Shopping Malls, Train Stations, and so on.

Has anyone tackled creating a kiosk with:

* touch screen (rather than mousing)

* ruggedness -- so that people don't walk off with it :-)

* periodic updating (e.g. via dial-up) of the data on the hard
drive (desireable especially if a fast network connection to the
kiosk is not available/too costly and the data doesn't change
too frequently)

* using ISDN for periodic or permanent connections for kiosks?
