Re: httpd on a SUN

I know httpd is running on sun, thats why I was looking for pointers.
Thanks for offering to help me debug.

My server is working now. The problem was that I installed the software
while reading the install.csh script.

The /etc/httpd.conf created in this scipt is apparently incorrect.

I had to add "file:" to make it work:
map / /welcome.html
map /* /Public/*
pass /Public/*
fail *

Here is the new:
map / /welcome.html
map /* file:/Public/*
pass file:/Public/*
fail *
