Rather than ask for a new tag, take a page out of the C compiler's
book and do something like this:

<!--PAGE-->
<!--NOPAGE-->
<!--/NOPAGE-->

Browsers and SGML parsers would ignore this, since it is a comment.
Your printer program could pay attention to it.
