sorry if this question is in the wrong place (hope not).
Is there a HTML3 reference somewhere or just the sgml DTD ???
I'm trying to build some pages, and reading the DTD is quite a mess, so
to copy the pages at cern is all I can do. Still not every new feature
is present in those pages.
Particularly how are CLEAR and NEED used ?
