This argument is nonsense. Arena is able to detect markup errors trivially,
and the real (but not very hard) work is in being able to recover from errors.
That said, I agree that good server toolkits should include reporting tools
for finding problem files, and even fixing them. My "tidy" tool turns bad
html into good conformant html, and is available from SoftQuad.
