are there any plans to augment a reference with a parameter indicating
some update period for the reference ?
eg. An embedded jpeg (or whatever) says UPDATE=1min, for instance. The
browser can then be set in motion to retreive reload that section of
the page every minute. FOr images this would amount to a (very very)
slow scan video.
