We here are giving thought to such an idea.
We are just establishing a web server. One of our first pages, is the
HTMLing of the proceedings of a research seminar on Management Research.
We have the photos of the speakers, and about 2 mins of .au sound for each.
Its rough.. :-) But I think its the way to go....our plan is to record and
place all of Research Lectures this way.
Well announce our web address in a couple of days
